If your are new to riding or maybe you have been riding a while but want to improve on the skills you already have, then our basic skills course will benefit the way you ride and your approach to mountain biking.
The two most commonly asked questions about our skills course is, how hard is it and how fit do I have to be. Well firstly do not be fooled into thinking that basic means easy. Our courses are aimed at challenging and improving peoples riding ability with the instructor demonstrating a skills task and then participants encouraged to correctly repeat that task. We also tailor the course to suit the individuals riding skills.
The better your fitness levels are the more you will enjoy the course, we suggest that a couple of months prior to the course participants take part in two hours aerobic activity a week combined with one or two 2 hour+ rides if you are not already doing so . If you have any questions regarding the course or you fitness levels then please contact us and we will try out best to answer your questions.
